For domestic buyers, orders are shipped and delivered within Bengaluru through our delivery partners. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside Bengaluru.

  • Orders are processed and delivered within 0–2 days or as per the delivery schedule agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Shipping is currently limited to selected areas within Bengaluru.
  • Free delivery is available for locations within a 3 km radius of our dispatch point.
  • For orders above ₹5000, delivery is free across Bengaluru.
  • For orders below ₹5000 and delivery locations beyond 3 km, shipping charges will be calculated based on distance (per km).
  • Delivery timelines are subject to traffic conditions and external factors.
  • Karum Bites is not liable for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.
